New to CrossFit?

The first step is to call or email us to set up your FREE, no sweat consultation. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you decide that CrossFit Loudoun is for you, then your next step is to enroll in either our *fundamentals introductory course or a monthly membership.

*Fundamentals Course:  is for those people new to fitness, new to CrossFit, or new to weight lifting in general.  Four (one hour) private sessions with a trainer that covers the nine foundation movements of CrossFit.   You will learn how to perform these fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively.  We guarantee you will feel confident and have a seamless transition into group classes after completion.
